Michael Silberfarb concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. He has vast experience advising Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals with respect to all aspects of litigation.

Mr. Silberfarb has litigated numerous matters involving distressed or bankrupt companies. He has acted as lead litigation counsel on several contested matters and adversary proceedings in federal bankruptcy cases. Among other things, Mr. Silberfarb has litigated disputes arising out of confirmation hearings, swap agreements, inter-creditor disputes, and matters brought pursuant to sections 363, 1113, and 1114 of the Bankruptcy Code.
