Michael Tomlinson is a real estate partner in the Charlotte office. Michael focuses his practice on retail, office, multi-family and industrial development. He has represented clients in real estate joint ventures, acquisitions and disposition of land. In addition, he has experience with income producing properties, as well as warehouse leasing transactions, real estate construction, mezzanine, and permanent financings. Michael started his career at a large New York law firm and has now been in Charlotte for over a decade.
