Michael Strapp focuses on patent and trade secret matters. He solves complex litigation and licensing disputes for technology companies in an effective and efficient manner.

He represents companies in the software, telecommunication, semiconductor, e-commerce and medical device industries in intellectual property matters including patent licensing, patent portfolio development, and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts. Michael has served as first-chair trial counsel and argued before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
