Mike Kass is a Partner in the firm’s Affordable Housing & Community Development and Real Estate Practice Groups. Collaborating with Practice Group members, Mike represents real estate developers and other project sponsors in a wide range of real estate development and capital markets transactions with a particular focus on affordable housing and community development projects. He also has extensive experience in complex litigation and assists clients in overseeing outside litigators. Before joining VLP, Mike was a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
