Michael Telle has an extensive corporate and securities law practice that emphasizes capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and corporate governance matters. Mike has particular experience advising clients in the energy industry, including exploration and production companies, midstream companies (including master limited partnerships or MLPs), and oilfield service companies.
He regularly counsels clients in initial public offerings, public and 144A offerings of debt and equity securities, tender offers, and exchange offers. Mike also advises clients on M&A transactions, and private acquisitions and dispositions.
