Partner and litigator Miles Cooley is adept in the resolution of disputes involving business and entertainment matters. He primarily represents entertainment and sports talent, such as famous pop and hip-hop musical artists, actors and race car drivers, as well as corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. Mr. Cooley’s experience handling matters across a wide variety of legal disciplines is a great asset to clients. He is particularly skilled at handling entertainment disputes and transactions, contractual disputes and business torts, intellectual property, real estate and insurance matters.

Mr. Cooley also has an active pro-bono practice and serves on the National Board of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights. He has been involved with various non-profit organizations, such as The John Burton Foundation and Peace4Kids, both of which work to empower foster children and resolve state and federal foster care issues.
