Molly M. Rezac

Molly Rezac focuses her efforts on all types of employment litigation matters including discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), in addition to retaliation claims, wrongful discharge claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims, breach of contract claims, and claims involving workplace torts. She practices before all federal and state agencies charged with enforcement of these statutes as well as represents clients in courtroom litigation in all courts.

Ms. Rezac also acts as an advisor to companies regarding various employment matters, including formulating employment policies and drafting employee handbooks, and regularly presents workplace seminars for management and employees regarding federal and state employment law.
