N. Paul Coyle practices in the area of corporate law with a focus on banking and finance issues, concentrating on commercial finance, banks and work for other institutional lenders, primarily in the healthcare industry. He negotiates and documents asset-based, cash-flow and real estate financing transactions, including healthcare receivable financings. Mr. Coyle advises clients in relation to workouts, debt restructurings and intercreditor relationships. He also represents borrowers in all kinds of financings.

Mr. Coyle is a 1994 graduate of The John Marshall Law School and a graduate of DePaul University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. Coyle is an adjunct professor of law at The John Marshall Law School, where he has taught a course on agency and unincorporated business entities.
