Niamh Curry is a partner in the Private Investment Funds Group. She advises private investment funds in a broad range of matters, including secondary transactions and the structuring and formation of, and investment in private equity funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, and fund of funds. Niamh also provides ongoing advice to fund managers on governance issues, as well as legal and regulatory compliance with US securities laws, with a particular focus on the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
