Nigel Wilkinson is a partner in the firm's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the Litigation Division. He has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state courts across the country in a wide variety of civil matters. He counsels clients on pre-litigation, litigation (including e-discovery matters), arbitration, mediation, bankruptcy and agency-related matters on various issues, including defamation, trade secret misappropriation, patent infringement, contract disputes, civil RICO, personal injury, fraud and tort claims. Mr. Wilkinson also has extensive experience litigating cases in the Eastern District of Virginia and Virginia state courts.

Additionally, Mr. Wilkinson counsels and defends clients in court and before administrative agencies on a variety of employment-related matters such as harassment, discrimination, wage payment disputes and employee misconduct claims, and advises clients on various employment-related policies, employee handbooks and compensation issues.

Mr. Wilkinson previously worked at prominent international law firms, where his practice focused on general civil litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment litigation and counseling matters, representing employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
