Patrick O’Reilly concentrates his practice in general corporate matters.

While in law school, Mr. O’Reilly was an intern for the Honorable Michael J. Hogan of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He served as a notes & comments editor for the Rutgers Law Journal.

Mr. O’Reilly formerly worked as a credit analyst for Bloomberg L.P. and has a master’s degree in business administration.
