Philipp M. Muheim focuses his practice on corporate and private equity matters, specializing in a wide range of complex business transactions including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions, equity investments and recapitalizations. He also advises on general corporate and corporate governance matters. Mr. Muheim has extensive experience with international issues and is qualified as an attorney in both the United States and Switzerland.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Muheim served as a corporate partner at another international law firm in New York. His previous experience also includes working as an associate at a Swiss law firm.
