Reid Arstark is Vice President & Senior Counsel in Henry Schein, Inc.'s in-house legal department, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Reid is a seasoned transactional lawyer who has represented public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, lenders and hedge funds in a broad range of corporate and securities transactions.

Reid has significant experience working on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, joint ventures, exclusive licensing transactions, development and other strategic collaborations, senior debt financings, secured and unsecured subordinated debt financings, recapitalizations, restructurings, bridge financings, private equity and venture capital. Reid also has handled a wide range of technology transactions, notably including licensing and product development agreements.

Reid is a strategic, practical and proactive advisor, counseling clients on significant strategic transactions and as well as important general business law matters, including commercial agreements, corporate governance, employment matters and securities law compliance. Reid works closely with executives in business development, compliance, audit, finance, treasury, tax, human resources, risk management and other key functional areas on complex legal and operations issues while managing and minimizing risk exposure in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.
