Rick Pilch has more than 19 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, representing a broad range of clients in the development, financing, leasing, acquisition and disposition of mixed use, retail, hotel, office and industrial properties throughout the country. He has extensive experience representing institutional clients in retail and industrial leasing, retail development and sales and acquisitions of manufacturing and distribution facilities.

Rick has twice been named a “BTI Client Service All-Star,” a select group of attorneys nationwide who have been identified by clients as delivering the best client services to Fortune 1000 companies.

Rick received a B.A. from Appalachian State University in 1983. Prior to entering law school, Rick was on active duty as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, serving as a helicopter pilot. In 1993, he received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University, where he was executive editor of the Gonzaga Law Review.
