Bob represents an array of clients, including those in the manufacturing, construction, health care, pharmaceutical, transportation, banking, retail, securities and insurance brokerage industries, in a range of labor and employment law matters.

For employers facing traditional labor relations issues, Bob regularly provides strategic guidance in collective bargaining, arbitrations, union elections and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.

In employment law disputes, he represents clients in injunction litigation involving enforcement of restrictive covenants, protection of trade secrets and other claims arising under employment agreements or federal or state law. He also defends employers in federal and state courts in claims involving employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes – including collective actions under the FLSA – and wrongful discharge as well as other employment torts.

To help his clients prevent litigation, Bob advises on properly drafting employment agreements and noncompete agreements and provides guidance on day-to-day HR matters such as employee discipline and compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other federal and state regulatory requirements.
