Robert S. Fletcher, principal attorney for the Fletcher Law Practice, represents clients world wide including issues of business development, technology, non-profit, and litigation. While attending law school at Golden Gate University, Robert received several accolades for his studies and volunteer work. He held the title of President of the school’s environmental program for two years and participated in moot court competitions and negotiation competitions finishing in first place. At graduation, the school issued him an award for excellence in his studies.

After graduating from Golden Gate University and passing the California Bar in 2005, he worked for firms throughout California dealing with matters of business transactional law and litigation. Work included formation, drafting and negotiating contracts, and litigating contract disputes through arbitration and jury trials. In 2007, Robert worked for the State of California at the State Coastal Conservancy focused on state regulation compliance and non-profit management.

In 2011, Robert accepted the position of senior legal counsel for DeNA, the second largest mobile game developer worldwide. Robert worked closely with the United States and European offices drafting licenses, contracts, and corporate documents. Work included negotiating contracts with Disney, Kabam, and other mobile game companies throughout the world.
