Robert H. Griffith is a partner and health care lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP where he concentrates a substantial portion of his practice representing entities in the health care industry, including in connection with ERISA and RICO class actions, payor/provider disputes, and numerous other sorts of class and individual claims (including those alleging breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, violations of various states’ consumer fraud statutes, among others). A significant part of Mr. Griffith’s practice also includes representing clients in connection with False Claims Act litigation. He is a member of the firm’s Health Care Industry Team; and its Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Consumer Financial Services, Securities Enforcement & Litigation, and Government Enforcement, Compliance & White Collar Defense Practices.

Mr. Griffith has extensive experience in complex litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as in various arbitration forums. His practice focuses on complex commercial, health care, securities and consumer litigation matters, including class actions, derivative actions and multidistrict litigation.
