Robin Vinson is Of Counsel in the Raleigh office of Gordon & Rees. His law practice is focused on the areas of corporate governance and transactions, antitrust, trade regulation and competition, health care law and health care and commercial litigation.

Mr. Vinson has authored numerous articles and manuscripts and spoken regularly on various topics relating to antitrust and trade regulation, health care, electronically stored medical information, and e-discovery issues. He has written and edited publications covering corporate governance and transactions, physician office practice procedures, electronic medical records and e-discovery.

Mr. Vinson enjoys working with clients on business and distribution issues, corporate risk management and regulatory compliance, managing large litigation matters involving electronic discovery.
