Rodric Pacheco

Rod Pacheco is Chair of the White Collar and Internal Investigations Practice Group at Theodora Oringher. Rod is known as a results-oriented attorney who concentrates his practice in commercial and public law litigation, internal investigation, and white collar defense matters. Rod represents corporate clients, boards of directors, board committees, hedge funds, partnerships and joint ventures and individuals in connection with all aspects of anti-corruption matters.

Prior to joining Theodora Oringher PC, Rod was a Partner with the Dentons law firm in Los Angeles. Rod served as the District Attorney of Riverside County in California, overseeing the third largest prosecutorial agency in the State of California, prior to joining Dentons. In addition, Rod served six-years as a California assemblyman for the State's 64th District.

Rod resides in the firm's Los Angeles and Orange County offices.
