Samuel L. Jackson

Samuel Jackson is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins, and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on private equity, including domestic and global investment fund formation, regulatory and securities issues and private equity M&A. Mr. Jackson has represented funds during both the formation and investment stages focused in a variety of fields, including foreign and domestic real estate, technology, retail, entertainment and general strategic acquisitions. Mr. Jackson also has experience in banking and borrower-side finance, notably in the areas of REIT financing, technology, and energy.
