Ms. Stevens has represented clients in complex litigation in federal and state courts and in arbitration, mediation and agency proceedings involving a broad range of disputes for more than 18 years. Ms. Stevens is the Chair of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Task Force on Federal Involvement in Insurance Modernization (FIIRM). She is past chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee for the Defense Research Institute (DRI)and a past chair of the Dispute Resolution Committee of TIPS. Ms. Stevens also has served as an arbitrator in commercial disputes and she is on the roster of arbitrators for organizations such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).
