Having practiced corporate law for over 25 years in New York and Silicon Valley, Selim has extensive experience representing emerging growth companies at every stage of their development from start-up to IPO. Selim has a deep understanding of entrepreneurial organizations and their unique needs. His clients include a wide range of companies in the following sectors: digital media, software, Internet, semiconductors, and biotechnology.

Selim joined Lowenstein alongside Darren Bilotto and Laura Lewis; all three had previously worked together at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Selim had been at WSGR for 18 years, where he was a corporate partner in the firm’s New York office. In addition to his robust practice in the start-up technology sector, Selim represents both issuers and underwriters in large-scale capital markets and M&A transactions. He has significant experience in public company acquisitions of public and private companies, private company acquisitions of other private companies, sales of public and private companies, contests for corporate control, asset purchase transactions and strategic and joint venture transactions.
