Seth Belzley is a business and public policy attorney in the Denver and Houston offices of Holland & Knight who counsels clients on a wide range of transactional and regulatory issues. He focuses on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and public policy issues.

Mr. Belzley has significant experience in the energy industry that includes representing energy infrastructure developers and operators, physical commodities traders, and buyers and sellers of hydrocarbons on a wide variety of commercial and corporate transactions. He also advises clients on issues facing master limited partnerships, including corporate governance, dropdown transactions, intercompany arrangements and qualifying income issues, and has extensive experience handling disclosures required of public companies.

Mr. Belzley has had a longstanding commitment, both personally and as part of his practice, to helping nonprofits and government leaders navigate regulatory, policy and political issues on the local, state and national levels, especially with respect to finance and disclosure issues. He is familiar with the regulatory and public policy issues facing the energy industry around the country and regularly advises companies and nonprofits on dealing reactively and proactively to those issues.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Belzley served as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at TransMontaigne Inc. and its affiliated master limited partnership, TransMontaigne Partners L.P., which were controlled by Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc.
