Stephen C. Ferruolo

Stephen Ferruolo retired as a partner of Goodwin Procter in 2011 and is Dean and Professor of Law at University of San Diego Law School. He remains of counsel to the firm’s Business Law Department.

His experience includes public and private financings, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and technology licenses for companies in such fields as biotechnology, medical devices and diagnostics, software, clean tech and telecommunications.
