Tania Williams is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on appeals, commercial litigation, labor and employment law, professional liability litigation, product liability, general liability, and entertainment law. In addition to her Florida practice experience, Tania has also practiced in Los Angeles, handling wrongful death and product liability cases on behalf of manufacturers. Tania’s broad civil litigation background allows her to assist clients in a variety of matters at both the trial and appellate level.

As appellate counsel, Tania has briefed and argued appeals covering diverse issues including premises liability, automobile liability, writs of mandamus and issues of first impression regarding the interpretation of the Florida Statutes. Combining her exceptional research and writing skills with impressive analytical skills allows Tania to present arguments in the concise, yet thorough manner necessary to obtain a successful outcome on appeal. Tania has also mastered the art of enhancing her trial advocacy skills with a deferential presence, which allows her to effectively communicate with multi-judge appellate panels.

Before transitioning to civil and commercial litigation, Tania began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Orlando. During her time as a prosecutor, Tania prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies for juveniles and adults in Orange and Osceola counties. She served as lead trial counsel for more than 70 trials, half of which were jury trials. Tania’s experience as a prosecutor equipped her with a solid foundation as a trial lawyer and enhanced her ability to develop well-rounded trial and non-trial strategies for clients.
