Ted Hassi

Ted Hassi is a partner in O’Melveny’s Washington office and a member of the Antitrust/Competition Practice. He recently returned to the firm after spending three and a half years as Chief Trial Counsel for the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition. Ted has extensive experience litigating and trying a broad range of complex antitrust and commercial matters. He has represented clients in all phases of antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, securities and general commercial litigation.
