Todd is a principal for Vorys Advisors LLC, a wholly owned affiliate of the law firm, Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Todd has significant experience on issues related to energy policy and he served for three years as the chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO). Prior taking on the role of PUCO chairman, Todd was a state representative in Ohio’s 50th District. Todd counsels clients from the energy industry, including competitive suppliers, electric and gas utilities, merchant generators, ancillary, and energy services companies on energy policy and strategy, government affairs and regulatory matters.
