Twenty-five years ago Vinny joined Cummings & Lockwood LLC in Stamford CT and became the Chairman of the Business Clients Department and a member of the Executive Committee. In 2002 Vinny opened the Stamford office for Edward Wildman Palmer LLP (and it predecessor firms) and he was the Partner-in-Charge of that office when he left to found Kiernan Herner LLP.For more than 15 years Vinny has served as the general counsel of buildOn, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization based in Stamford, Connecticut where he provides his services at no charge to buildOn. buildOn is working in places like the South Bronx, Chicago and Detroit to build a better future for American teenagers while also building schools in some of the poorest countries on the planet. To date, buildOn has constructed over 650 schools in remote villages located in, among other countries, Malawi, Mali, Haiti and Nicaragua.
