Xin-Yi (Vincent) Zhou is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice within the Litigation Department. Vincent focuses his practice primarily on patent and trade secret litigation. Before attending law school, Vincent worked as a product engineer for AMD and as a process engineer and program manager for eSilicon Corporation.
