A member of Armstrong Teasdale’s Litigation practice group, Walker handles matters related to energy, public utilities, administrative law, regulatory law, and oil and gas.

Walker has been involved in numerous regulatory matters involving energy issues, and represented public utilities, energy companies, oil and gas operators, consumers, landowners, and royalty owners in administrative proceedings and court cases. In addition, Walker counsels clients on business planning and property law questions.

With more than 40 years of experience in the energy industry, Walker works with clients in a collaborative way to allow them to achieve financial and operational goals. He firmly believes that by understanding the technical aspects of the businesses he assists, he can help them reach their short and long term goals faster.
Background
Prior to joining the firm, Walker worked as the managing attorney for Kansas Gas Service under ONEOK, Inc., and ONE Gas, Inc.
