Cecilia Hong is a partner in King & Spalding’s Global Finance practice, resident in the New York office. Ms. Hong is active in King & Spalding’s leveraged finance, private equity, capital market and restructuring practices.

Ms. Hong represents financial institutions, lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in leveraged finance, senior and mezzanine investment, debtor-in-possession facilities, workouts and restructurings and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. Ms. Hong is also qualified to practice in China, where she has significant experience with foreign investments, inbound and outbound investments, and general corporate counseling.
