Zachary D. Morgan

Zack focuses on real estate development, commercial leasing, land use and zoning, and real estate finance. He has represented clients in all facets of commercial real estate development and finance including the formation of ownership entities, project planning, zoning and land use issues, land acquisition, financing, leasing, property sales, and foreclosures.

While earning his law degree, Zack was the Lead Notes and Comments Editor of the Campbell Law Review, participated extensively in moot court, and was selected for membership in the Order of Barristers, Omicron Delta Kappa, and received the David R. Teddy Innovative Leadership Award.
