Allie joined Reed Smith in 2010 in the State & Local Tax Group. Her practice is primarily focused on multistate and local controversy and litigation tax matters in the corporate income, franchise, and sales and use tax areas. In addition, Allie advises clients with regard to abandoned and unclaimed property, tax compliance obligations, premium taxes, and voluntary disclosure matters as they arise in the context of general business operations, expansion initiatives, reorganizations, and during the audit and appeals process.
