Aaron’s practice focuses on business transactions and corporate governance. He represents growth and established companies in angel, venture capital and private equity financings, in mergers and acquisitions, in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and in general corporate and commercial matters.

Before joining Osborn Maledon, Aaron worked as a judicial clerk for Chancellor William B. Chandler, III, chief judge of the nation’s preeminent business court, the Delaware Court of Chancery. Thereafter, he worked for Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell in Wilmington, Delaware, advising the boards of privately held startups, Fortune 500 companies, and everything in-between on matters of Delaware corporate law.

Aaron’s interest in business law stems from his work experience before law school when he spent time as an assurance associate at Deloitte, LLP and as a senior accountant at Pinnacle West Capital Corporation in Phoenix.

Outside the office, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and son and stays involved in his church and community. He also enjoys distance running, traveling, scuba diving, and reading classic fiction.
