Lep Adams is a partner and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP where his practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation with particular emphasis on contract, construction, and real estate disputes. He has extensive trial, arbitration and appellate experience representing owners, developers, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers in complex contract disputes, including payment performance delay and construction defect claim litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Adams also has significant experience drafting and negotiating construction industry contracts for clients’ specific requirements. He is a member of the firm’s Construction and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practices as well as the Energy Industry Team.
