Adit Khorana represents clients in the structuring and negotiation of complex domestic and international technology transactions, including strategic allainces, joint ventures, and other collaboration and partnering arrangements, acquisitions and spin-offs, licensing, development and distribution arrangments, and settlements of intellectual property litigation. Additionally, he provides strategic counseling regarding all aspects of intellectualy property and technology law, with a particular emphasis on issues related to open source software.
