Aimee DeFilippo's practice is entirely devoted to antitrust and competition law. She has experience working on government investigations into prospective and post-consummated mergers and acquisitions, as well as responding to nonmerger government investigations before the Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and various state attorneys general. She also counsels clients on antitrust issues involving information sharing, pricing, and distribution. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including health care, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, computer software, electronics, and communications.

Aimee is a member of the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law, as well as the Antitrust Practice Group of the American Health Lawyers Association. She has written extensively for these organizations, both as a contributing author for several ABA books and AHLA publications and as a publisher of articles in The Antitrust Source, The Threshold, and others. She has also appeared as a panelist in several ABA and AHLA programs.

Aimee is a member of the Virginia Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
