Aimee M. Adler

Aimee Adler is Counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where she is a member of the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice. Her practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits issues. She works closely with the Firm’s corporate clients on issues pertaining to compensation and employee benefits matters related to mergers and acquisitions and a variety of capital markets and securities transactions.

Aimee joined the Firm in 2004. She received her B.A. from Tufts University in 1994 and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, in 2000, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy from 1999–2000. Aimee is admitted to practice law in New York.
