His clients include acquirors and their advisors seeking tax-advantage structures; multinational companies desiring maximum after-tax return on investment for their shareholders; and financial services companies developing products for U.S. and foreign-based multinational corporations. Mr. Groff has been particularly active in helping lenders and investment bankers structure asset-based finance transactions. Mr. Groff joined the firm in 1975 and has been a partner since 1983.
