Ms. Boyer is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice focuses on the representation of institutional investors, lenders and developers in a wide range of real estate matters including financing, acquisition, disposition, leasing and joint venture formation. Ms. Boyer handles transactions involving properties across all asset classes, including retail, office, multi-family, industrial and hospitality. In 2012, Ms. Boyer was named among Georgia’s top attorneys in Georgia Trend magazine’s “Legal Elite” in the area of Real Estate Law.
Ms. Boyer is a member of the Atlanta Office Charitable and Philanthropic Committee and is active in the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta program.
