Mandy Childs is a trial lawyer experienced in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on disputes in the consumer products, energy, manufacturing, and technology industries. She has handled matters for clients such as Amazon, Bank of America, ConsumerInfo.com, Dana Corporation, Dell, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, Southern Company, and Toray Industries.
She has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country representing clients in cases concerning breach of contract, fraud, products liability, negligence, toxic tort, deceptive trade practices, state and local tax, consumer class actions, and bankruptcy-related litigation. Mandy has represented debtors, creditors, lenders, and other interested parties in bankruptcy and adversary proceedings.
