Amy Albro joined Ropes & Gray in 2008 as an associate in the health care group. Amy advises hospitals, academic medical centers, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, home health care providers, managed care plans, contract research organizations and non-profit community-based health care providers in connection with a wide range of corporate, regulatory and compliance matters. Amy has particular experience advising clients in the development, implementation and ongoing assessment of health care compliance programs designed to meet the evolving compliance program guidance of both the Office of Inspector General for the United States Department of Health & Human Services and the New York State Office of the Inspector General and Corporate Integrity Agreement obligations. Amy is also a member of the firm's public finance group, representing health care providers, academic institutions and underwriters in tax-exempt and taxable bond offerings.
