Andrea received her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law in 2011 where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. At Emory, she was a Robert W. Woodruff Fellow, on the student board of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA) and received the Dean's Award in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Andrea received her B.A., with highest distinction, from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in economics and sociology and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
