Andrew Boldt concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation matters.

Andrew frequently litigates on behalf of varied commercial and real estate lenders. He has sought and obtained both pre- and post-judgment remedies for these clients and defended them successfully from sophisticated lender liability theories asserted by borrowers and others. He also represents clients in connection with investigations and related matters involving government entities such as the Department of Justice, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Andrew has additional experience in bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosure litigation, derivative and shareholder disputes, director and fiduciary liability, and trusts and estates litigation. He advocates on behalf of clients in courts and alternative dispute resolution forums across the country.

While attending law school, Andrew was a member of the Senior Editorial Board for the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology.
