Andrew C. Thomas

Andrew Thomas advises a diverse range of companies and financial institutions on capital markets and corporate governance matters. His capital markets practice includes public and private equity and debt offerings and restructurings, including Rule 144A offerings, tender offers, and exchange offers. He also regularly advises public companies on corporate governance, securities laws, stock exchange rules and regulations, and periodic reporting responsibilities.

Some of the companies Andrew has recently worked with include Cliffs Natural Resources, ConAgra Foods, Developers Diversified Realty, Ferro Corporation, Lancaster Colony Corporation, Molycorp, NACCO Industries, Olympic Steel, OMNOVA Solutions, PolyOne Corporation, STERIS Corporation, and The Timken Company. He also has represented financial institutions including Jefferies & Company and KeyBanc Capital Markets.
