Andrew D. He is a contributor to Foley’s Employee Benefits Developments Newsletter, which reports on the latest developments in employee benefits and ERISA law. Mr. Gregor has recently advised clients on issues pertaining to COBRA premium subsidy, HIPAA, cafeteria plan regulations, GINA, Michelle’s Law, Medicare Secondary Payer regulations, the Department of Labor’s Voluntary Correction Program, and the IRS’s Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS).
