Andy Barragry is an associate and business litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He has worked on multiple commercial litigation matters involving lender liability and creditor's rights. Mr. Barragry assisted in representing a creditor defending the priority of its lien on a major commercial development against several million dollars of construction lien claims and has handled dozens of lender liability claims emerging from contested residential foreclosures and other mortgage related disputes. He has also performed extensive work on several civil antitrust matters. Mr. Barragry is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice

During law school, Mr. Barragry was a summer associate with Foley. He also served as a law clerk to Craig Kasten of Wonderbox Technologies and worked as an IP consultant (via Foley) for GE Healthcare.
