Andrew is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation. Andrew has a general civil litigation background and his areas of concentration are the defense of complex multi-party litigation particularly in the product liability area as well as general commercial and intellectual property litigation.

Andrew has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of asbestos litigation and has represented a number of major corporations in connection with both personal injury and property damage litigation. He has been involved in all phases of that litigation and has served as liaison counsel for the defendants in various court systems. In 1991, he was appointed by the Court to serve as co-liaison counsel for the defendants in MDL 875 In Re: Asbestos Products Liability Litigation and he has been called upon to render advice and counsel to clients on issues of national scope and importance in that litigation.

Andrew has also been involved in the representation of clients in drug and medical device litigation. He has an expertise in the defense of class actions and in addition to representing clients in the asbestos and drug and medical device litigation in that area, he has also been involved in litigation involving insurance sales practices.
