Andrew K. Hirsch is Of Counsel in the Century City office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm's Corporate Department. His practice is focused on capital market transactions, securities compliance and corporate governance advice, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Mr. Hirsch has also represented investment companies in connection with preparing annual registration statements for open-ended mutual funds as well as advised on and negotiated custodial, transfer agent, broker-dealer and other service agreements with third party providers.

Mr. Hirsch received his law degree in 2003 from the University of Southern California, where he was a member of the Southern California Law Review. He earned an M. S. degree in 1998 from USC and a B.S. degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurship in 1995 from the University of Arizona. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hirsch was an auditor with a major accounting firm.

Mr. Hirsch is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
