Mr. Lucano is a partner in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and is Vice Chair of Seyfarth’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. He concentrates his practice in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, venture capital, and securities matters. Mr. Lucano represents both sellers and buyers in a range of M&A transactions, with significant experience in the communications industry representing cable operators and financial entities in the sale and purchase of cable systems located throughout the country. His communications practice includes representation of one of the country’s largest cable television providers in numerous business transactions. He is also experienced in securities law compliance and corporate governance matters, and advises public companies regarding periodic reporting obligations and other Securities and Exchange Commission related matters.
